Service 02

Dry Goods & Ambient Transport

Not all food transport requires refrigeration — but it still demands care. Our dry goods fleet keeps cargo secure, clean, and climate-stable. We handle everything from palletized grocery stock to bulk grain, bottled beverages, and packaged snack food distribution.

  • Liftgate, pallet jack, and dock-level loading options
  • Climate-controlled cargo area — no extreme heat or humidity
  • Fumigation-free, food-grade trailers cleaned between loads
  • LTL (less-than-truckload) and FTL (full truckload) options

Service 03

Last-Mile Delivery

The final leg of the supply chain is often the most critical — and the most error-prone. Our last-mile service uses smaller refrigerated vans and sprinters for high-frequency urban deliveries, with precise scheduling windows and electronic proof-of-delivery on every drop.

  • 2-hour, 4-hour, and all-day delivery window options
  • Electronic proof of delivery with photo, signature, and timestamp
  • Real-time customer notification at dispatch and 30 minutes before ETA
  • Temperature data included in every delivery receipt
  • Flexible frequency — daily, weekly, or on-demand
  • Covers all major US metro areas and surrounding suburbs

Warehousing & Cross-Docking

Our strategically located cold storage hubs across the US allow for short-term holding, consolidation, and cross-docking. We sort, re-palletize, and redistribute without breaking the cold chain — ideal for seasonal peaks, distribution network optimization, and overflow capacity.

  • Cold storage hubs in Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, and Los Angeles
  • Same-day cross-docking for time-sensitive perishables
  • Pallet-in / pallet-out inventory tracking with barcode scanning
  • FDA-compliant, HACCP-certified storage facilities
  • Flexible contracts — 24 hours to 3-month storage terms

Common Questions
About Our Services

There's no strict minimum. We handle single-pallet shipments all the way up to full 53ft trailer loads. For very small loads, our LTL (less-than-truckload) service consolidates your cargo with other compatible shipments to keep costs low. Contact us with your details and we'll find the most cost-effective option.
For standard scheduled deliveries we recommend 48–72 hours notice for route planning. For recurring bulk runs we set up a fixed schedule with a dedicated truck allocation. We also offer express same-day and next-morning dispatch for urgent shipments at a premium rate — subject to fleet availability.
Yes. Our multi-zone refrigerated trucks can maintain up to three separate temperature zones simultaneously within a single vehicle — for example frozen (−4°F), chilled (+34°F), and ambient (+65°F) all in one delivery run. This is especially popular with supermarkets and food service distributors who need different product types delivered together.
Yes, fully. All operations comply with the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food rule. Our drivers are FSMA-trained, our vehicles meet sanitary transport requirements, and we maintain complete temperature and handling records for every shipment. We can provide compliance documentation on request.
Yes. All shipments include GPS tracking accessible via your client portal. You'll receive a tracking link at dispatch that shows live vehicle location, current cargo temperature, ETA, and route progress. Premium accounts can share this link directly with their customers as a white-labeled tracking experience.
Our monitoring system triggers an immediate alert to the driver and dispatch if a temperature deviation is detected. The driver takes corrective action (equipment check, re-adjustment) and dispatch notifies the account manager. If deviation persists beyond a safe threshold, our protocol is to re-route to the nearest cold facility and contact the client immediately. All incidents are documented with time-stamped logs.
