Founded

Started with One Truck.
Built on One Promise.

Providence Supplies LLC was founded in 2011 by Marcus Reid and Linda Torres — two logistics veterans who saw a gap in the market: food businesses needed a transport partner that understood food safety as deeply as it understood logistics.

Starting with a single refrigerated box truck and a handful of Chicago restaurant clients, they built the operation around HACCP principles, real-time GPS monitoring, and relentless on-time performance. Word spread fast.

Today, Providence Supplies LLC operates 120+ vehicles across four hub cities, serving 800+ clients nationwide — from independent restaurants to national supermarket chains — with the same obsessive attention to food safety that launched us in 2011.
